What we get asked before signing.

What happens during the 30-day trial?

You run a real survey through PolluScan, from scan to report, with your samples and your laboratory. We migrate your data up front, so the trial covers your work rather than a demonstration.

And my surveys already under way?

Migration is included in the Firm and Group tiers: we import your open surveys, your buildings and your report templates. Nothing is left behind in the old spreadsheet.

Is the LiDAR scan included in every tier?

Yes. Scanning 2D and 3D floor plans from the phone is not a paid module — it is the core of the product, available from the Independent tier upwards. It does require a device with a LiDAR sensor.

Is it billed per user or per survey?

Per user. The number of surveys, samples, plans and reports is never capped: your invoice does not depend on how busy you are.

Can I cancel?

At the renewal date of the annual licence. Your data stays exportable — surveys, samples, plans and reports — with no exit fee.

Where is the data hosted?

On Swiss servers, with daily backups, access logging and role-based permissions. Your data serves no purpose other than your surveys.
